Lloyd is a Senior Search Consultant and is a 1999 graduate of Brooklyn Law School. While attending law school, he provided litigation support to law firms and was a Technology Consultant with Credit Suisse.Lloyd has nearly a decade of experience in the Information Technology industry.

Lloyd earned his Business Degree with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University’s School of Management. After graduating law school, he practiced in the area of complex litigation, specializing in securities and consumer class action matters. He has experience with all aspects of litigation and managed several large discovery projects.

Lloyd is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Securities Regulation.
